Morning Edition is heading to Maine, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, Ohio and Michigan to hear from voters about what is shaping their choices ahead of the midterm elections.
Separately, with Election Day about a month away, real voters spoke with NewsNation about which issues matter most to them.
Both accounts describe voter conversations centered on issues driving decisions. The six-state effort spans Maine, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, Ohio and Michigan, while the NewsNation conversations focus on priorities voters cite as most important.
