White House: Trump’s and Pence’s coronavirus test came back negative

The President and Vice President were tested after a trump aide fell ill.

US President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence have not identified a new coronavirus. They passed the test after the virus was diagnosed in a military officer who worked in the White House, an administration official said on Thursday.

According to CNN, we are talking about a personal assistant to Trump.

“Recently, the White house medical service notified us that a member of the US armed forces that work on the territory of the White House was found to have a coronavirus. After that, the President and Vice President passed an analysis, the result of which was negative. Both of them are perfectly healthy”, White House spokesman Hogan Gidley said.

Trump has tested for coronavirus at least twice, and both times the result was negative. As stated in the White House, the test made on April 2, gave a negative result.

On April 3, the White House said that as a precautionary measure, everyone who contacts Trump or Pence would take the test.
